Maybe it's a fault of nightly version of pcsx2 while normal version doesn't have that issue

On default settings there's a ghost effect that can't be fixed at least I can't

if you upscale, yes.
you don't have it @ native resolution.

Bloom wasn't emulated correctly with 1.6. now it is. but upscaling this bloom will cause a "ghost effect".

You mean in default native ps2 resolution ? But then this game looks horrible on 40 inch tv aliasing (or teeth on endges like some say) everywhere. I have ps2 so it's no point for me to play this game on emulator if it looks exactly as I would play on my ps2. Sad that only Legend is unplayable on pcsx2 (although on YouTube people somehow playing this game upscaled on pcsx2) any other game I tried works perfectly upscaled without slightest issues

You can use v1.7.4482.

In v1.7.4483 the blur postprocessing effects are fixed, making the game blurry with a "ghost effect", but the DAR mode in game (binoculars) are broken with half screen in green.

In v1.7.4482 it's all working ok withouth ghosting effect. It also fixes ICO post processing effects, in later versions the fog it's like a "white wall", with this version it's ok.

You can download it from here: https://pcsx2.net/downloads page 45.

Sorry my english it's not very good.

Regards.
