My PS3 Controller is connected through SCP, but won't show up in windows.

I can activate the rumble in the server, and test all the controls in the monitor exe. Nothing I do can get the controller to show up in joy.cpl. I have the latest .net framework and xbox drivers, and the files are all unblocked.
If relevant, here are my .log files and .xmls.
I would greatly appreciate any assistance. Thanks.

With ds3 connected over usb cable.
In device manager, Under microsoft common controller for windows class, uninstall xbox360 controller for windows(+delete the driver software for this device).
Now scan for hardware changes.
Windows will update the driver.
Let it do all things(you have to be online)

Now your controller must be shown in joy.cpl .

I had this problem before, and this was the solution.

THANK YOU VERY MUCH
IT WORKED!
It was under universal serial bus devices for me.

Thank you!
Hello. I'm having problems trying to install this. It was working before, but for some reason my pc "thought" there were 2 Xbox360 controllers connected, though there was only one DS3, and some times it thought my controller was #2 and whichever game I was playing stopped receiving commands. I tried to uninstall one of the virtual controllers, but then the driver stopped working at all, and now my pc only recognizes the controller as a DS3 and I can't install SCP again. Here's the log after attempted installation:

Apparently, my Windows\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository\ folder is missing ds3winusb.inf_amd64_15691982ca5c21ae\ds3winusb.inf and scpvbus.inf_amd64_21ca245c0e23d7a5\scpvbus.inf. Does anyone know how to fix it? Thanks a lot for whoever responds.
Uninstall any xbox controller driver in device manager. Uninstall the driver via scpdriver. Unplug ds3 and plug it in another usb port. Restart pc.
Open joy.cpl and check that you have only one ps3 controller and no xbox.
Open device manager and check it.
Then use scpdriver again to install the driver.

Thanks for the fast reply. But this is what I've been doing all day. When I, following your steps, open joy.cpl, it doesn't show anything. In DEVICES AND PRINTERS it shows a undefined PLAYSTATION® 3conteroller[sic], which's driver I have to update in order to be recognized as a game controller. After I do that, if I try to install SCP I get those errors I posted above and I it doesn't install that virtual xbox 360 controller. I tried installing xbox360 driver, but it didn't work either. Sorry, any other idea? ^^'
I also tried manually copying these missing files from the SCP folder to the System32 folder, but it didn't work.
