what did you not understand in my statement ? it's quite simple.
Steps:-
1) Take a look at your emulog and find the lines where it says,
Code:
Game CRC = 0xAAAAAAAA, EntryPoint = 0x00100008
copy the alphabets (or) digits which you have in place of 'A' in the statement and create a new file with the following as the file name as a pnach file. basically, you would have to create it as AAAAAAAA.pnach where, those multiple A's are your Game's CRC and the file should be created at the cheats directory.
after creating the file, paste the content which Ryudo provided into the file. then, you're good to go. also make sure to enable cheats in PCSX2 system menu.

Try this one as well:
Code:
// Blur Fix
patch=1,EE,20453F5B,000000FF
(This one doesn't fix the blur in every place though)

Okay, I did some testing for you all. The code linked was messing the extension "extended", or atleast, that's what the code convertor told me.
It fixes the blur very slightly, as you will see. To get sharper imagery, up-rendering the game adds a lot and turning off texture filtering really works wonders.

"Either or work, just used both"
When I tested, I found that either of the first two codes posted will work the same way, for my testing purposes though, I left both on. I did not try the latest code that was posted which said that it won't fix all the blur though, I can test that one separately if you'd like.
