i can play mgs2 nearly full speed but i have a problem with the coolant i try to spray a bomb and i try to use it and it doesn't spray even when im not against a wall

PCSX2 settings? Plugin settings? What does actually happen when you try to spray?

sound: SPU2-X 1.1.0
controller: lilypad 0.10.0

nearly all speed hacks enabled

and raiden sqeezes the handle and no coolant comes out
