Put disc in drive.

Config -> plugins

Make sure cdvdgigaherz is set, push configure by that, choose your drive letter. Exit the menu back to PCSX2.

CDVD -> Plugin

System -> Boot

under CDVD select plugin instad of iso. the put you disk in and have fun

But it is preferable to make a dump of your cd (ISO). To do so the tool imgburn is recommended.
