Unless you are trying to play a very low demanding title, your CPU is going to be the cause of your low framerates. The FX 8320e is below the recomended performance level for most titles.
Keep in mind that using these types of settings will almost certainly cause various issues and the only real support is to not use them, but they may be your only choice with that system if you have to use PCSX2. The other 2 options is getting a better CPU/MB/and probably ram, or just playing the games on your PS2.
What settings are you using on 1.5.0? You may be using the wrong GSdx plugin. Also, it's best if you don't use custom resolution and use one of the multipliers instead.
Please post the contents of the emulog.txt file after the problem occurs. The file can be found in "My Documents\PCSX2\logs" for the installer version or in "PCSX2\logs" for the portable/binary version.

but then because it worked at 60 fps even with FXAA, MSAA, high resolution etc ....
