Started playing Suikoden IV, and there are some crazy shadows surrounding my characters. I tried various graphics setting and plugins, not really working to well. any suggestions.

Graphics: GeForce GTX 260 Core 216 896MB 448-bit
CPU: Intel Core i3-530 2.93GHz (4MB) Dual-Core
RAM: 4GB
MOBO: BIOSTAR H55 HD
OS: Win7 x64bit

Probably not much you can do, try a (Software) renderer in GSdx.

I began to answer saying how strange the image looked... until I wake up to not having suiko 4...

You can try opening the GSDX.ini (inside the inis folder) and serch for a line:

UserHacks_SkipDraw=0

change the value to 1, 2... one these values may help eliminating the glitch, be aware it may eliminate some other drawing too, so it's not to be abused and the value should be returned to 0 when playing another game.

I used to have this problem. Its not present in latest gsdx hardware mode.

The bug is NOT present in the latest version so grab that.
