I dont have knowledge to know about the speed of pcsx2.....im planning to buy a new processor rather than intel core 2 duo, cuz some shops here dont have core 2 duos...so im gonna ask ppl here on what is the best processor rather than core 2 duo that is suitable on my specs?..
here is my specs:
Graphics card: Nvidia GeForce 7300 Se/7200 GS 512MB
RAM: 1.5GB Ram
1.81 GHz
All your other stuff is quite old so there is a possibility it wont even support C2d let alone i3/5/7.
he can still have an option of overclocking it..
Im afraid you motherboard does not support any of the new types of cpu that are avalible today. Your ony choice if you still want to play pcsx2, is to get a new motherboard and a new cpu. But given how old your other stuff is a new pc entirly would be your best option.
but i know that there are some bios update that able to support the newer cpu

That is true but in this case the socket is different. So physically, the motherboard is unable to use the new processors, no matter if you update the BIOS.
Yeah... it's a square peg in a round hole kind of dilemma for him
