Can you disable Hyperthreading in your laptop's BIOS?

Have you monitored your CPU temp during play? Just wondering if your laptop happens to get hot and throttle itself...

BTW - Are you still using the same plugins from your screenshot? GSdx 2660 is old, the latest beta has GSdx 3693.
In the VUs tab, change VU0 and VU1 to microVU. Unless it runs slower, then keep it at that. microVU has better compatibility though, just as future reference.

Try to have frame skipping disabled for now, it'd be better to get the best speeds you can with speedhacks before using the frame skipping IMO.

Enable speedhacks. Have EE Cyclerate at 1, have the first 2 "Other Hacks" ticked, have VU Cycle Stealing at 2, leave microVU hacks off unless you need an extra boost.

Untick all gamefixes other than the FFX one. I'm not sure even that one is even necessary, I don't remember having any problems with videos in FFX when I played, but then again that was back on the legacy GUI in 0.9.6.

See how those changes help for now.

where can i download the latest beta?

and @Larfin: i will try out those settings. ill just need the latest beta so i can get the latest plugins.
Wow! Turn Clamping Modes to NONE. Switch back to microVUs, as suggested. Don't use frameskipping, you should be far from needing it.

DO NOT apply all gamefixes at once. You're just asking for trouble. And yes, use the FFX video fix (it does what it says).

Use some Speedhacks, for sure. Don't be afraid to use different interlacing. It won't hurt your speed, and can clear up slight blurs or trembling.

There's a sticky in the General Discussion area for Support that has the latest beta.

The latest beta is above this thread in the stickied one's. (HERE)

Try to leave settings more on default. Only tweak what is necessary.
Ok Larfin and Rezard, i'll try both of your tips out, ill post new settings and ill test it out right now.
Good, good! Smile
Ok, I reinstalled it, and its still ***** slowing down for me fps wise. I will post my new settings in a few minutes.
