Nope,Tekken 5 runs slow even on core 2 duo beasts overclocked to 4 Ghz +,you will get crappy speeds no matter what system you use for the time being...
so u want the game to run in older builds?

change the internal d3d res to native...
hey guys , i hav pcsx2.9.7 .. and facing same goddamin problem with tekken 5 .. when start fight black screen but game still runing no characters
