we don't really have one, we just get used to seeing them, sometimes you can search for similar problems and find results, other times its just waiting for someone to mention it

The game seems to be running slowly on my weak PC.
ATI Radeon 5500 HD
2.66 GHz duo core
Are there any optimizations I can do or is it just beyond my hardware.
Tick native resolution in gsdx,in speedhacks set EE Cyclestealing 2 and VU Cycle rate 1
Oh and also use 1.0.0, it's faster than 0.9.8.
