You should be getting bottlenecked by your GPU as mucb as you will with the 610 thats for sure.

More than likely you will be fine.

1. try speedhack. If doesn't work, revert to default then
2.try lower res gsdx plugin. If doesn't work, revert to default again
3.try software mode. If doesn't work back setting default
4.try here : http://forums.pcsx2.net/Thread-No-more-slowdown . If doesn't work
5.try combine no.4 with constant skipping. If it still doesn't work.then it is game really demanding and your hardware should be up grade .
