To add one more thing, it is listed almost at the very bottom of the text file.

You mean GL_NV_float_buffer? Normally it must be GL_NV_depth_buffer_float. I think it is different. In all case, it won't trigger the bug. It only impact nvidia users.

Well, to be the bearer of bad news, I got the old driver crash again..
/build/buildd/pcsx2.snapshot-5863/common/src/Utilities/Linux/LnxHostSys.cpp(64) : assertion failed:
Function: void SysPageFaultSignalFilter(int, siginfo_t*, void*)
Thread: MTGS
Condition: false
Message: Unhandled page fault @ 0x00000000
Stacktrace:
[00] 0x0xb773640c
[01] GSTextureOGL::Update(GSVector4i const&, void const*, int)
[02] GSTextureCache:ource::Flush(unsigned int)
[03] GSTextureCache:ource::Update(GSVector4i const&)
[04] GSTextureCache::LookupSource(GIFRegTEX0 const&, GIFRegTEXA const&, GSVector4i const&)
[05] GSRendererHW:raw()
[06] GSState::FlushPrim()
[07] GSState::GIFRegHandlerPRIM(GIFReg const*)
[08] void GSState::Transfer<3>(unsigned char const*, unsigned int)
[09] GSgifTransfer
Since I didn't leave the church in my screenshot I never noticed it till now. It freezes and I get this lovely headache of a message again.
To add, I'm using the PPA, Catalyst 13.11, and the bug occurs in HW and SW mode.

oh no! Could you compile a debug version. And post me the Debug.txt file. There surely something wrong with a gl parameter.

Can you put back the auto mode for advance gl option. Did you change it on I put wrong default?
02-03-2014, 05:29 AM
After putting everything to auto in advanced options in the PPA, the game still crashed with the same error message.
For the debug version, nothing showed in the debug.txt file when the game crashed, this time at the title screen instead of leaving the church.

Could you open another for this issue? By the way, if you could do a test with the free driver it would be interesting.

OK will do after work. I will need to get the latest mesa installed as according to X's website radeonsi driver is now OpenGL 3.3 compliant!
