At what version did the patch work before ?
Arn't there any settings I can experiment with to perhaps make this work?
Your best bet : Try the latest git builds and use the default settings and disable every speedhacks and try the game.

Edit 2: ...now it doesn't work and I didn't really change anything o.o Is it random?
Edit 3: I think that the glitch does not occur when you choose 50 fps in the beginning of the game
Edit 4: We now face a new problem, when I play this game my character constantly moves right despite me not pressing right. In persona 3 the camera rotates to the right endlessly

You'll find a "cheats" folder in the PCSX2 folder, it goes in there.
