I'm having some quite annoying graphic glitches while playing Suikoden III, there is almost like rays of black lines (picture included) and also some of the characters in game flicker in and out.

Other than that the game runs smoothly but the glitch/issue I'm having is definitely making the game not enjoyable.

I've searched all over google and tried multiple things to fix it so I have finally come here hoping someone knows the answer!

And lastly PC specs:
Processor: AMD A8-5500 APU with Radeon™ HD Graphics
Ram: 6gb
GPU: AMD Radeon HD 7560D

I've tried messing with most of the settings and so far nothing has worked for me. I'm really hoping there's just something simple I missed. Thanks in advanced!
Let's see. First change round modes back to the default bolded ones. Then use DirectX11 in GSdx. See if that helps.

BTW those black lines are lighting effects that aren't working right.
That fixed it, thank you Bylss!
Just FYI, but I get the same issue with Xenosage I when using non-native resolutions. For me, I don't care about the lines as much as I do the low resolution.
Try dx10/dx11
^ OP already resolved this.
