There are really cheap DVD drives and you can also install it from USB.
I'd install it from USB anyway. Way faster than DVD.

if you search for Windows 7 USB/DVD Tool on Google you will find the little app from Microsoft Store. It's free, also you can make a USB Stick instead of a dvd from an image, which is still faster.
I've had cases where the Windows 7 USB tool didn't actually work in doing what it was supposed to do.
So i suggest you use http://www.isotousb.com/ instead. It's very straightforward and works flawlessly. If you wish for more, there's a similar tool called Rufus which will also allow you to burn linux distros and the like: http://rufus.akeo.ie/
windows 7 usb tool works like it should, only downside is that formatting the usb stick has an issue sometimes, so using the HP USB tool to format or going into CMD and do it that way by remaking the partition on the USB fixes it.
Actually the Windows 7 USB tool didn't work correctly for me...

I forget how I ended up doing it, but I used a third party tool.
win7 usb dvd tool worked for me, but this one : http://sourceforge.net/projects/win32diskimager/ is the best IMO
