How do I determine cpu "stp"?
That page doesn't give STP, nor does extended details, best finding your CPU on this page https://www.cpubenchmark.net/singleThread.html

you will need to do Ctrl+F and type your cpu model number
No that page doesn't give it directly, but I always just CTRL-F there and click on the CPU and view it's full page.

Intel Core i7-720QM @ 1.60GHz 874

How about CPUs with score of

Intel Core i7-920XM @ 2.00GHz 1,067

Could be overclocked to maybe 3GHz on all cores (3.2 on single thread) with the M15x
I wouldn't overclock a mobile processor, they are limited in speed for a reason.

I've seen people do it without problems though.

And then there's this: http://valid.x86.fr/cjkfm2

That doesn't mean they actually ran a demanding application on it...
I got a 920XM on the M15x, overclocked it to 3.3 and it ran perfectly on all 4 cores.

How do I get the CPU stp now that it's overclocked?
