I just found out about this thread just now . Since there are a few more days remaining, I think I still have time to maybe sharpen up my design a bit more. I'd appreciate your comments on my entry here. (Post 177)

Today is 4th June, Only One-day is remaining to NEW Pcsx2 Release.

PLZ admins I beg you to make a Logo-Selection Screen in the New GUI.

Huh? No one said that when the logo contest ends we will make a new release

The contest rules are simple:
- Due by June 5th, 2009, but users can submit entries early in the PCSX2 Logo Design Entries thread.

seems like there was an end date

there is a deadline because all contests have to have a deadline

the next pcsx2 release will have the winning logo, but that doesn't mean we're going to make a release as soon as we get the new logo.
you guys are going to have to be patient xD

The logo contest is now closed. But you can still comment if you want. In the next days/weeks we will choose which logo will be the new pcsx2 logo. Thanks a lot for everything

Well, I suggest you put an online gallery like Coppermine , so that people can vote on each logo entry.
That's just my 0.05$.
