Hi everyone, I'm trying to run pcsx2 at 1080p but I do not know if my computer is bad or I'm configuring it wrong, games with a lot of smoke leaves games slow and this is really annoying, games get 100% up to something like smoke, finally something that involves particles.
Specs: Pentium G3258 3.8 ghz
Gtx 550 ti
4GB RAM

The cpu is good but it's still a dual core
What does the EE and GS say in the title bar say when that happens
You are not using the mtvu speedhack right(are you using any seed hacks other that the default)
Als for nvidia card,it's better to use ogl than dx11
You can also try the latest beta
Ps,l.Cus tom resolution don't work very well on 1.4.0 and it's better to use scaling modes
