What is this error about?

New versions of 1.7 are not compatible with windows 7 (and older OS's), please use 1.6 or older, or update your operating system.

is this windows 7 ?

I think it's windows 7 with most of the styling disabled.

Either way, it's an incompatible OS

Yes, Windows 7 64 bit

as refraction said, latest dev build aren't windows 7 compatible

Thanks for Help , Now I am updating my OS from Windows 7 to Windows 10
