GSdx
Yeah I remembered it was the sdk that was the issue but I didn't remember the exact reason it was the issue so I didn't want to just throw out the sdk stuff and be completely off base.

Hi Gabest.

There's a new graphic bug that didn't happen in previous revisions with .Hack//G.U games. The rev is 1600.

The bloom effect seems to be shifted a lot. The problem is there with or without msaa, and the only way it to avoid it is using native res, but as I stated already, it didn't happen before and higher internal resolutions didn't show this problem.

There's a pair of screens:

These are my settings:
Code:
[Settings]
ModeWidth=1440
ModeHeight=900
ModeRefreshRate=60
Renderer=3
Interlace=0
AspectRatio=1
windowed=1
filter=1
paltex=0
vsync=0
logz=1
fba=1
aa1=0
blur=0
nativeres=0
resx=1024
resy=1024
swthreads=1
msaa=0

Also, here's a pair of gs dumps (I was gonna post them, but seems my message got erased or something):

... it works only with the SDK dll files so you need the directX SDK not vista... (because WIN7 uses the probably final dlls and they are still not compatible with the sdk)
so if you want to try DX11 install the directX sdk

Attachment downloads fine, as proven by the 200+ downloads it already has, it's something on your end.
