1 - Buy the game in NTSC version
2 - Make an ISO of his PAL version and then convert it to NTSC.
3 - use gsdx 0.1.4

Shortcomings :

2 - The whole screen will be dark
3 - Fps drops occuring
CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 3800X

I searched and I knew that threat, the problem is that I don't know wich one is the last plugin or if it is the one to choose to fix my problem

You obviously haven't even read the first post. I'm quoting for you:

Put your resolution to native.

Ghosting effect happens when you bump up the resolution.
My PC:

AMD Phenom II X6 1055TT
ATI Radeon Viper HD4870 OC
4GB OCZ Platinum DDR3 1600MHz
MSI 890GXM-G65
23" Sceptre X23WG

I've got it working pretty much perfect(full speed, no double image and no flickering/flashing); I just dont know why the graphics do not have the "black outline/stroke" around them. I have found one video on youtube which shows BT3 running on pcsx2 with the outline around the graphics but I have no idea how to get it to appear. Does anyone know how to solve this?

The youtube video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7qdVeCqYT5k
(I have tried using his pcsx2 settings, but it does not work)

(The game looks wicked with MSAA x4!!)
