Rather than asking tons of questions, archive the inis folder and upload it here.
Since I don't know how the installer version work,I don't know where that folder is but it will be either in
C:\Users\HP\Documents\PCSX2\
or in
C:\Program Files (x86)\PCSX2 1.2.1\

Hmm,everything seems to be fine with your settings.
What happens if you try running the Bios(set CDVD to No Disk and use System=>Boot CDVD (full))
Also try changing from the GSdx settings...set the Adapter to your video card(not Default Hardware Device)and change the Renderer to OpenGL (Hardware)

All warning messages you received so far are expectable or at least not surprising. As I said I would update you driver and repair direct x redist web installer.

It didn't do anything during the installation. Are you sure you chose repair instead of install?
Please test zerogs as gs plugin instead of gsdx. I think it is included in version 1.2.1 or 1.0
