Check the latest git build. It seems to remove the flickering textures issue.

LOK: Defiance is running ok with the feature, got a CTD tho, but i think it was a isolated problem, since i started over again and it worked just fine.

Latest build makes the textures completely perfect as far as I can see(no small flickers anymore). No crashes yet but I'm gonna play for quite a while so we'll see.
