Nope and probably never will. mutlithreading the VU is extremely difficult because of how closely it is tied to the EE.

What do you think are the chances of using four cores in the future, if there is any possibility what would you offload?

I would say the chances are quite slim because they focus on accuracy first and then speed.

They would have to re-write the whole program and then when they are done there will be a ton of bugs again.

This has been asked many times.
The overall speed gain would be less than 10%.
Means it´s not worth rewriting the whole source for such a minor improvement.
