Inside the disk/image you'll find a file with name that look like this

I'm Sorry, i belive it's US version because... well i just copy those line in elf cdrom it says =(SCUS_974.71;1) Game CRC = 0xD71B57F4, EntryPoint = 0x00102F88

Both codes are working but there are problems with the speed code...it works but once enabled,you can't disable it(or at least not easily)

The No Encounter code,freeze the enemy who touch your...like hitting it with miu fire.

It seems to be for same version, just made differently, soo maybe you'll get better luck with it.
