I'm curious, I've been using the 20547EC8 (Hyper Mode) address in FFXII NTSC and it helps a load speeding everything up (being able to play nicely despite the 30-40fps I get). Would there be any similar speed up codes for other games and if so how does one locate them? (Note when I say speed up I don't mean the fps, I mean increased movement speed/attack speed etc)
I can spend the time finding them myself and posting them but I have no idea where to look cause they're usually values which don't change...

Wow I can see why so few attempt to make hyper mods, the guide isn't written well at all. I'm assuming PS2DIS and IDA Pro are console versions of ArtMoney and Phaste? Labels are fairly straight-forward though I'm yet to see them practically. Just need to get hold of the game's elf files now...Never needed them yet but I guess I'll go see how to extract them or something...

Woah quick reply, yes I did a bit of extra searching
so turns out they're not. As for the .elf I only just found out its rarely actually called 'elf', my FFXII for example SLUS_209.63
But I'm gonna see now if I can get one of these disassemblers and play around with it till I know what I'm doing.
