Hey wheelman... i REALY suggest you try and install different GPU drivers for your card then..
Trust me... its very plausible that your systems gpu drivers are conflicting here !!
I'll never forget the day when i had to extract and opengl.dll file and d3D file from an older released gpu driver package to solve the very exact same problem you now have ..
But that wos with epSX (Playstation 1 emule) back then !!!
Twos to fix an ingame FF8 graphics glitch,, and what dya know...
indeed, my gpu drivers where to blame for .... Ati ofcourse !!
But back then i had an HD3000 serries card if recall correct...
Sad to see there are still lots of graphics issues with epsx even in software mode !!
Thats why i purchased an 2x 2nd hand psp with video-audio output (not the stripped down cheap ass E1000 model) !!
Yeah 2x just to be on the safe side, incase i have 1 brick.. Cuz fony did stripped allot of good features from the psp like audio/video ... stereo → mono
REaly... they ruined an perfect system !!!
