Read first: Will PCSX2 run fast on my computer?
The IGPU won't work with GSDX OGL and Win10 should be fine.

I need to know if my computer can run the PCSX 2 at a solid speed... My computer specs are:

Operating System: Windows 10 Home 64-bit (originally a Windows 7 64-bit)
Processor: AMD Athlon™ II X2 215 Processor (2 CPUs), ~2.75GHz
Graphics Card: ATI Radeon HD 3200 Graphics

Your STR is under 1000, you won't be able to run many games at full speed unfortunately. What games are you trying to play?

It'll definitely have slowdowns. You may get playable framerates for a decent portion of the game, but there will be some pretty hard drops. Just make sure your power plan is set to "high performance" and you're plugged in.

hello again, do you know if its a driver issue or a hardware one? so maybe i can hope for a fix in the future? ( i suppose nothing can be done from pcsx2's side?).

Quick question, with all the work being done has the emulator become more demanding?

New: Dell Inspiron 15 7580 | Intel i7-8565U @ 1.8 GHz | 16 GB DDR4 RAM | GeForce MX150 2 GB

Old: Lenovo IdeaPad Z510 | Intel i7-4702MQ @ 2.2 GHz | 6 GB DDR3 RAM | GeForce GT 740M 1 GB
