I appreciate all of the feedback from you guys, however, no one has told me if these upgrades will be enough to play games like FFX smoothly in cut scenes and all. Does anyone know?

CPU: Intel Coreā¢ i5-2450M @ 2.50GHz ~> 3.0 - 3.1GHz

It actually does but the reason is problematic games...they eat way too much ram because of bugs(with pcsx2 or the plugins)which lead to windows switching to pagefile to get more ram..you know what follows when that happen
One example is Okage Shadow King...the game eat so much memory that my pc almost freeze if I try to run it in hardware mode...in software mode that game actually runs faster and need less ram i7 4771 3.5Ghz,GTX750TI,16GB RAM
