Use GSDx SSSE3 with native checked. Use SPU2-X for sound plugin, liliypad for controller. And enable some speedhacks since u got a quite weak CPU (not too weak, cause u got good graphics card i see)

Yup, go for core2duo e7500. (same with mine,lol)

Well of course, since it got more Bus Speed and more Cache. Did u read the link i just give u ? That should explained it. And it must be equipped with good Video Card.

No it won't. 1 MB cache difference has 0 effect on PCSX2 speed and bus speed has no effect in general (since he is talking about OC too, bus speed isn't that anyway).
For the last time, both processors clocked at the same frequency will have the exact same performance with PCSX2.

the video of FFX-2 still bugs me, they have core 2 duos but they run it at presentable speed hmmm.

Sorry mate but changing pentium E5400 to core2duo 7500 is like changing honda to acura. Theese are exactly same chips, the only difference is bit lower clocks on pentium and locked (probably not working correctly) 1mb of cache. How do you think pcsx2 will work on same chips with same clock speed?

Are u really certain that 1M and other unavailable technologies btween processor don't affect pcsx2 emulation ?
