IT happens without rebooting the PC it just doesn't reconnect to the bluetooth adapter after it idles out.

Drivers run on USB only with no issue.

I have 64bit windows 7, I loaded up the lilypad plugin, and the text changed for the texture sensitive but I am unable to select that option.

edit: I had to use "LilyPad-SCP-5350.dll" not "LilyPad-Scp-r5350.dll"

@Gvaz: your using the Filter Driver from Post #1?

If so you must run bin\System\ScpFilterDriver.exe to install the driver onto your DS3.
Oops, I was using the non-BT version from first post... read it more carefully and followed the proper URL for BT version, now everything works perfectly. Cool

Thanks again. I can't believe I can just click the PS button and use the controller. No opening programs, no connecting online, no ads! I'll help spread the word

I already did that before.

1. Before starting BF3, on Game Controller settings - click Advanced and set Prefered Controller to be your Xbox 360 Controller for Windows.
2. Before starting BF3, Turn off or disable your Wii Remote.

So of course bf3 is the only game I have issue with. The one I play the most, lol. Anyways, I tried changing preferred controller to the Xbox, still no dice. Not until I remove the wii remote from Bluetooth devices altogether. :-/ so simply turning off the remote doesn't work. Have to unpair, then re-pair if I want to use wii remote again.

I was hoping I wouldn't have to go through that sort of hassle. I'm in the process of making my HTPC into a console-like experience, so was hoping I could just turn on the wii remote and ds3 when needed
Oh that reminds me, can you use the Wiimote and DS3 at the same time? With MIJ you had to uninstall the driver if you wanted to use Wiimote
Hi Scarlet,
Remember me? The guy with the knock off controllers that couldn't quite work with your great new wrapper? Well I received my "official" DS3 controllers today and guess what - they're not official. This time they are a more convincing imitation but still not genuine. The shell and packaging are identical to the real deal but the internal board and driver are different. This time it shows up as PS® Gamepad instead of Playstation® Controller. These new knock-offs are allegedly made by Gasia.

I tried them with the wrapper and they work better than the old knock-offs (they will work when plugged in even after been unplugged but I still have to press the PS button to turn them on) but they still don't work via bluetooth.

If you care to take a look I've attached a Service log after following the directions posted in post #427

Thanks for your work on this, I've been using my DS3 on XP many time but I always had problems using it on W7, and well, I keep having them.

I'm not sure if it isn't working due to some dongle issue, could you add this in the next update? USB\VID_0A5C&PID_2146
It's from a Trust Bluetooth dongle, if it keeps not working I'll try something else, I did every step but I can't pair my DS3, I don't even have that option and when I unplug the cord it doesn't work.

Synce, if you are asking if you can use a wiimote on the same Bluetooth adapter as the ds3 controller, unfortunately no. All ds3 drivers for windows currently isolate the ds3 controller to work with the adapter. But if you have two Bluetooth adapters and use one solely for the ds3 controller, then the other for your other Bluetooth devices, such as wii remote, then yes you can use both the wii remote with the ds3. For example I can use dolphin and play Mario Kart wii with my friend while I use the ds3 controller like its a GameCube controller, and my friend uses the wii remote. Smile hope this helps
