I have one qustion about this.
On some games I don't have any speed differences between Native and without Texture Filtering or 1600x1200 with Texture Filtering but the game is running at the same low speed in both ways.
What's the reason for that?

Cpu maybe?, but that analogy is not right, pcsx2 is cpu dependent and gpu just for visual on game except you play in directx.10 with gpu support mode due the better API and applying better process between cpu and gpu for game. If your gpu is not strong enough and you set internal res to high on gsdx plugin your fps will be degradation in game, you have to seek the optimum setting at. Internal res. On gsdx to prevent that event.

FFX is one example
DX9 HW Native without TF - 24fps
DX9 HW 1600x1200 with TF - 24fps
DX9 SW Native without TF - 20fps
DX9 SW 1600x1200 with TF - 20fps
I can give you screens to prove it if you want but I can only use Fraps for that(for some reason I can't create screenshots using GSdx even if I have snaps or snap folder)
