because when you say core settings with that first sentence

people will think that they're configuring the parts that are responsible for emulating the core component of PS2 not PCSX2 core settings

In the first screen, you will be prompted to select the language, then choose where the program will save its files and configuration settings.

the sentence "then choose where the program will save its files and configuration settings" should be deleted.
It is what 0.9.7 did, in 0.9.8 no option there allow you choose where to save its files and ini settings.

Under Options you can check/uncheck "Enable Block Dump=>'block.dump'". When checked, this option will create a block.dump file in the PCSX2 root folder(where pcsx2-r4600.exe is located) from the game you ran. This file is like a small iso, which is mainly used for debugging. It will store the sectors read during the execution of the game you ran, so after you will be able to load the file(using "select iso" of Linuz Iso CDVD) and run it without any image/cd/dvd.

The 2 instances of "block.dump" is actually "ISO name.dump",
If you try it yourself making a dump file you'll get it.

I think "after" there should be "afterwards" in English Vocabulary.

Also, for the sake of people who don't know emulation much change the following

By selecting "Direct3D9/10/11 (software)", GSdx will use its' built-in software renderer, which will not use your graphics card at all, but your processor instead. This way the emulation speed is greatly reduced but you get maximum compatibility. Recommended if you encounter graphics bugs with the Direct3D renderer.

That could be changed to Direct3D(Hardware) Renderer.

Also, would be right to mention that higher resolutions need more VRAM. and may cause crashes (As in Grand Tourismo 4 if you don't have enough VRAM)

Round mode: Changes how rounding of float numbers is calculated. If your game is freezing somewhere, try changing the value here. Default and most compatible value here is Chop/Zero. Automatically changed when 'Automatic Gamefixes' is checked under System for some games known to need a different value than default.

Clamping mode: These settings go from faster to slower from top to bottom. So 'None' is the fastest but least compatible and 'Full' is the slowest but most compatible. Default value here is 'Normal' which works fine for most games without compromising speed much. Automatically changed when 'Enable Patches' is checked under System for some games known to need a different value than default.

"Enable Patches" should be "Automatic Gamefixes" as the above paragraph for Round mode.

Disable Framelimiter: By checking this your games will run as fast as your PC can make them to, ignoring all below settings and limits. Toggle it ingame by pressing F4.
