that sentence is not a question,
so the original syntax is right i.e. "who the authors of this emulator are" from your sentence.

I noticed that in the misc settings there are some that have 'check/unchecked' added before them i.e.
System =>Check/Uncheck Automatic Gamefixes

you might want to add it to
System =>Backup before save:

for consistency's sake

Its not a error but i guess it should be changed to DirectX10/11 compilant graphics card.

Log->Save/Clear: Saves or Clears the output in the console window.
Appearance: Changes how the console window looks .

For the same reason bmate just mentioned, it'd be "Log->Appearance"
And an unwanted space before the punctuation period

IMO no need to change it cuz I think it's common knowledge people know DX11 compliant card is already capable of DX10, Unless there might be newbies do not know about it I can only tell this won't happen in my country not sure about others world wide. After all it's DX10 taking effect not DX11 at all.

similar case before. originally "DirectX 10 compliant" not "DirectX 10/11 compliant"

GSdx v0.1.16 is a DirectX 9 and DirectX 10/11 plugin by Gabest which recently got greatly improved in both speed and image quality. It requires pixel shaders 2 and SSE2 to work and Vista/Windows 7 with a DirectX 10 compliant graphics card for the DirectX10/11 mode.

Well leave the author decide it is "DirectX 10 compliant" or "DirectX 10/11 compliant" in the guide
