Post regarding latest code changes
Latest Intel driver addded missing opengl 4.6 extensions:
– GL_ARB_gl_spirv
– GL_ARB_pipeline_statistics_query
– GL_ARB_spirv_extensions
– GL_ARB_texture_filter_anisotropic
– GL_ARB_transform_feedback_overflow_query
– GL_KHR_no_error
For now, this is only for win 10. Maybe later time intell will include this support for legacy drivers line.
It is now shader language 4.6 missing only.

Intel released drivers with full opengl 4.6 support. It is good to retry any tests on iGPU. Full extensions support but not sure about conformancy.

integrated Graphics Processing Unit
none of your concern, since you have a dedicated GPU (your 2080 Ti)
CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 3800X
Mobo : Asus PRIME B450-PLUS
GPU : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070
