In the new PCSX2 GUI you don't get tearing with the emulator as soon as you have Aero enabled, this method also doesn't cause the lag from Vsync, unfortunately there's no public release of the new GUI yet but you can build it yourself to try or get from google.

Yeah I'm not too familiar with compiling stuff, the most I've done is use Zget which automated the entire process of compiling the latest ZSNES code.

i use win 7 and i have to install update lastest direct but my GSdx still need update more >.< then i cant play , someone help me ?

The file you downloaded was a .exe file. When you run this, it asks you for a folder to extract the contents. After you select the folder and you extract it, you have to go in that folder, find the dxsetup.exe file and run that too.

but my CD plugin is problem i can't run file from my disc T___T
