If anyone wanted to add these options in the UI then, just notify me (or) any other coders.

You have the misplaced loading screen (notice there shouldn't be any lines . Just the sentence in the center).

And then, no matter what I use, there are always those vertical lines in menus now. In-game seems greatly improved though

Edit: I found the regression for the black vertical line. It must be better now. Thanks you very much for the test and report.

Yeah I would like these in thee UI. Just add a scrollbar in the hacks section so that you won't have to resize the whole window.
I would also like to have the shader selection box in the UI too since there are 2 options in the ini for it. It would help in not having to redo the shaderfx options every time one upgrades to a new version of pcsx2. Of course there would be 2 locations for it but at least that problem would be solved.

the stretch sprite hack and align sprite hack have already been merged in the hw hacks section. I will add the UserHacks_round_sprite_offset.

You just need to replace previous hack. However the new hack is 3 states instead of 2
