That's an old version. Now the latest GSdx is called 'GSdx' instead of 'GSdx9' or 'GSdx10' and includes both DX9 and DX10 versions of the plugin.
Latest stable: http://guliverkli.sourceforge.net/GSdxv1-14.zip
Latest beta: http://guliverkli.sf.net/latest.php?q=GSdx

Edit: And your 7300 only supports DX9 mode.

Could this be fixed in a future revsion?, or is there a way to get the correct lighting when using D3D Hardware mode?

I found a bug in Zone of the enders 2 using the DX10 mode.

I'm using:
Q6600 @ stock
8800 GTS
Win 7 64 bits
4 gigs of ram

PCSx2 0.9.6
GSdx 1617
all other plugins from 0.9.6 default.

Basically some effects aren't rendered at all in DX10.
DX9:

DX10:

And neither F5, F6 or shift F8 seem to work so no dump Sad.

Also, near the beginning, before the first boss fight, the game tends to get black screen and nothing happens, I managed to get past it by triggering it over and over.

Edit: Also, after a while the game tends to really mess up the rendering in DX10 like this.

how it should look (DX9):

how it looks in DX10:

In order for them to work correctly you need the PCSX2 beta version as some changes were done and only older GSdx revisions work with those keys in PCSX2 0.9.6, probably need lilypad too if not using already.

Ok, I Installed the beta and the keys seem to work. I'm using the plugins included in the beta (GSdx 1479) and the same thing happens.

I have attached the dump while the energy ball thing is going on:

The bug affects pretty much all the energy like effects, like shooting, shields, the energy ball, lasers, etc.

I have a question.

I'm using gsdx rev 1637 (downloaded at http://pcsx2.dyndns.org/index.php#GSdx), hardware mode. My video card is ATI Radeon HD 4670. There's a lot of graphical issues in Xenosaga III when using that mode, although it ran quite fast (around 45-60 fps). I tried switching to software mode, the issues disappeared, but it ran much slower with low quality. So I was wondering if there's a way to make the graphical issues disappear in hardware mode?

And the same goes for Tales of Legendia.

Sorry about not providing screenshots in my last post -lazyness-

But, upon further investigation, it seems TimeSplitters Future Perfect only crashes if not using Native Res o.o

So when Native Res is used, it doesn't crash & successfully loads the autosave screen after a Level has been completed (Nothing to do with the FMV o.o). If I use a custom Internal Res like 1920x1200, it crashes. Same thing happens when I switch to the 2nd mode while using that gun which makes the screen go all white (forgotten the name already) >.>

Also, in Scotland the Brave the thingo you use to pick up the gun turret...screen has a lot of weird 'lines' filling up the entire screen making it impossible to see (Somehow I managed to pick it up). Same thing happens when using the giant robot in Machine Wars to destroy the spaceship things (So impossible to go any further) :x

Aaaaand... For some strange reason, if using a Custom Internal Res when the game is starting up - The first FMV starts going slow and keeps getting slower eventually leading to a crash.. But pressing Esc then going back in fixes the problem... This problem has started happening fairly recently.

Sorry if I made this so confusing, but I hope you (Gabest) can understand.

I'll *try* to post screenshots *later D:* and stop being so lazy to do so as well :s

Use Vista and try DX10 mode
If you still want to use DX9 check "FBA" and "Logarithmic z" in gsdx config dialogue. By the way "Logarithmic z" is a give and take choice. It fixes certain things but breaks the others.
