Hi guys i test many settings on my specs and found best of all.
Here what i set:
PCSX2 0.9.7 r3878 beta
GSdx r3993 SSE2 D3D11 (Hardware) Scaling: 2x / Resolution 640*480 / 8-bit text. ON (this version i found on russian site, if someone want it i can share a link)
Sound: SPU2-X all default
SpeedHacks: all on max X3 all options on / mVU Min/Max off
EE/IOP and VUs: everything set to default except VUs Clamping mode Extra
Frame Skipping: 2 / 2
DVD Plugin: must be latest Linuz with others i have some annoying stucks before races and longer loadings
My game is PAL and in options i set resolution 1080i and brightless of course on 0
I tried many versions of emu, plugins, settings, resolutions and more...
On this settings i got 59.94 all the time in all races and all menus.
I hope this will help someone.
Sory for my eng.

Most graphic problems can be solved by setting in graphic plugin D3D internal res to 640x320 and scaling for 3 or 2 on slower cards, you can also set 1024x512 if you like, but it can't be 1024x1024.
For now other options in my config remains default and it run at full speed allmost all times.
My pc is:
E8400@3,0ghz, 4gb ram, GTX280.

Setting scaling to anything makes gsdx ignore internal resolution setting. It's either one or the other.

I still can't seem to run GT smooth with a overclocked i7 920 at 4ghz and a XFX GTX260 black edition. Using the latest public beta, PCSX2 0.9.7 (r3878). Tried the recommended settings in the opening post although it's outdated. Especially licence mode lags a lot, with the occasional graphic glitches.
Anyone got any idea's? I would love to play this game with HD graphics at 60fps. :$
