The game accept saves from other regions,it needs just simple remaning of the save and folder
Here is your memory card back(on the next save location)
The game works fine here

Something is wrong with your image then.
I also did not see any of those in my console log
Vif1: Unknown VifCmd! [b]

The only difference between your settings(the screenshots)and mine is that I am using OpenGL and the "Large Framebuffer" option is disabled.
I also saw something else in your log

Do you have a dedicate gpu or not,because I see that you are using the intel gpu(igpu)and that can lead to problems,especially if "Large Framebuffer" and maybe if you are using OpenGL

Current Renderer: Direct3D 9 (Hardware renderer)
IncrediblE G41 Express Chipset (8.15.10.2869)

now the game plays just fine, I thought it got stuck while it was actually loading, I played it although last night and I didn't encounter anymore problems, thanks for ur help guys I really appreciate it @jesalvein & vsub
