Obscure (1) and Digimon World 4 should be on the list too. I think they are the less demanding games I experienced ever.
Kingdom Hearts 2 should be aswell, it's slightly less demanding than Kingdom Hearts 1 just from the aspect that it is less prone to have terrible fps hiccups and slowdowns in crowded/complex areas than Kingdom Hearts 1.
Tested those with a Core Duo 1,8Ghz and Intel X3100 (GM965), some light use of speedhacks, all resulted to 40-60 fps.
List needs a refresh, it's pretty nice topic.

Can I contribute to this list the spec on my laptop is:
CPU: Intel core i7 640M 2.8GHz
RAM: 3Gb DDR3 1066MHz
Graphics: Intel GMA HD
Although I don't have a dedicated graphics card, I play all my games in software mode and found them to be very playable. Some even running faster with frame limiting off.

Yu-Gi-Oh! GX The Beginning of Destiny is working 100% for me and I think thats good for a laptop. Time Splitters also worked almost 100% too. I'll be testing some more soon, specs are in my signature.
