Try updating to the 15.5 beta, im not convinced the 14.12 drivers had proper OpenGL 4.5 support

actually it is a 4.4 extensions. Build a debug or dev build and enable openGL debug

with these new things coming to the emulator, will it seem like there be a way to fix ratchet and clank hardware mipmapping issue?
