I did that test too
cd2 3,5ghz gf9500gt PCSx2 r1726 gsdx 1600 and result is around 150 i think i am gpu limited

of course without speed hacks

If GSDX show CPU usage 99% -- it's means that test is GPU limited, and otherwise (CPU usage lower than 75%) -- CPU limited.

hm its not than, it was limited with dx9. i had 99% all the time, now with dx10 i can get e.g 30-40% usage on SC3.
