It seems all Guitar Hero games have widescreen except for the first.

Could create widescreen for Resident Evil 4. The widescreen game just stretches the image, is not a true widescreen.

RE4 is letterboxed.
Set PCSX2 aspect ratio to 4:3, hold control and * on numpad, or set zoom to 133.33.
(Also, I question why you're playing the PS2 version when there's a superior PC version out that supports 60 FPS.)
however, I couldn't transform the game to 16:9, my players were still stretched even when I changed the value for all memory addresses to 0.75.
