Oh, I didn't check the widescreen patches because I didn't expect to have one for game that already have 16:9 option. Thank you very much!

Hi guys, anyone could release the widescreen hack for the EU version of Fantastic 4 - Rise of the Silver Surfer?

I tried to convert the US patch (SLUS_215.44: DE62A872.pnach) in EU and tried also the guide to create it from scratch with Cheat Engine but nothing... no success.

There are two EU versions.

If you have the one with a pnach CRC of DF2D4440, the code is:

gametitle=Fantastic 4 - Rise of the Silver Surfer PAL-M2

If you have the one with a pnach CRC of 6302560D, the code is:

gametitle=Fantastic 4 - Rise of the Silver Surfer PAL-M5
comment=Widescreen Hack
patch=1,EE,0037FA68,word,3Faaaaab // 3F800000

My version is 6302560D and your patch works fine.
The only issue is that in the cinematics the talking character is misallineed in the box (see the attacked image).

Anyway, why the 6302560D.pnach is missing in your archive?

I doubt I have the ability to fix the alignment issue, sorry.

Glad the basic patch works!

It's missing from my archive because I don't constantly update my archive 24/7, I only do it every few months because i have priorities in my life.
