The PAL patch by ElHecht is better because it doesn't zoom in like the US version.
I found a code that controls the horizontal value, but it breaks everything else and I'm not experienced to fix it:

Not sure anyone done this, but I couldn't find one in the archive.
Only 3D objects adjusted, would love some help with this.
Or is there an advance tutorial for how to adjust other things like 2D objects or movie cutscenes into widescreen?

It's the superior version. It contains all the north american adjustments plus it has all the play online secret scenes of the original japanese version that the north american version doesn't have. They are put within the mission modes now since playonline doesn't exist anymore so they cannot be accessed offline in the original japanese version. Only thing that it lacks is an english translation.
