It's definitely not right. Can you show the console log? Something is weird.

Err.... no it doesn't. It clearly says "Overall 0 widescreen hacks loaded" in the top-right.

Make sure the patches are in cheats_ws.

It's also possible you have an alternate P3: FES NTSC-U CRC. If so, tell us it. Should say it in the console log. "A2837592" is an example.

just realized i cant find 0x9710BF06 in the cheats folder as this is a mod and doesnt look like its supported as seen here

Looks like you have an alternate CRC.

Yes, try renaming the CRC.

Just curious, where did you get the game from? Did you download it, or rip a disc?

It's a 2D game with a couple of 3D elements, I tried to do it anyway but it seems alot of layers are missing everything outside 4:3 frame on the near start and end of a map rendering garbage or the background (if there is something there).
