Thanks for the proper Red Ninja fix. If anyone could give me some values to search for in HxD I could fix the NTSC-J version (the ones in NTSC-U are too common). Or if it's allowed I can just upload the elf so someone else can fix
Also just noting there seems to be a little bit of zoom out on Rule of Rose (at least the NTSC-J ver)

I found R vs Z IIP' widescreen address
but it like R VS Z ,still needs render fix .......
I hope you can fix it. Thanks!
@Little giant
I've started looking into it. Will follow up if/when I manage to come up with something. Might've found a promising lead... .
@Devina
Would it be possible to move Gundam: True Odyssey to the NTSC-J section of your widescreen archive post? The NTSC-U version of that game is called MS Saga: A New Dawn. Thanks .
Nemesis2000 came up with widescreen hacks for the NTSC-U version in post #4000, so there might also be value in linking to that post beside the NTSC-J version's entry (for anyone that wants to look into porting it).

I tried fixing this before, turns out that every room tends to be a little different in terms of zoom so making a consistent widescreen patch is impossible with those values, it seems. But it's not a big deal since it's pretty unnoticeable.
