PCSX2 - Widescreen Game Patches

I've tried this code and I still see a black screens when I try to draw. It seems like half the screen has a black background, which causes me to guess where I must draw something.

I am using OPL r790 w/ ps2rd built-in.

Mastercode below was fetched by mastercode finder.

The PAL pnach is working great using OPL r790 w/ ps2rd built-in, I can send you the SLES file if you want to port it to NTSC instead of hexediting your iso. Pm me if interested.

yes widescreen patches option is enabled

console log is doesn't say the patch is loaded when i put the patch in cheats_ws folder and cheats folder

and when i deleted the patch file from cheats_ws folder and cheats folder the console log said something crazy:

Thank you very much .. you helped me and widescreen patch now is loaded on this build
but it needs a tricky way to work:
1- run pcsx2 then run Midnight club 3 Remix (it will work on 4:3) even you are seeing the patch is loaded.
2- close game window but not close pcsx2 then run it again (bootCD/DVD)fast
3- now Midnight club 3 Remix run in widescreen 16:9

if there a way to run it in widescreen from first time tell me please

I'll have a look at it myself and make a note of it. So essentially, boot the game twice.
Shadow the Hedgehog is like that too for some reason.
